Typhoon, Black Rainstorm, and Extreme Conditions Arrangement
The Libraries will close immediately once it is announced that Typhoon No. 8 Signal or above is issued, or likely to be issued within two hours.
The Libraries will remain open until the normal closing time if the Rainstorm Black Warning or Extreme Conditions Announcement is hoisted when the Libraries are open.
The Libraries will remain closed when Typhoon No. 8 Signal or above, Black Rainstorm, and Extreme Conditions Announcements issued by the Government are in force or likely to be issued within the next 2 hours before the Libraries open.
