OneSearch & Citing Reference (CAT eligible)

This workshop aims to introduce the basic features of the search platform OneSearch and the reference management service ProQuest RefWorks. Come to learn about essential library skills for study and assignments. All sessions will be delivered online via MS Teams.

To be eligible for CAT, students must attend at least one ‘A’ session and one ‘B’ session (such as A1 and B1 or A1 and B2)

• Demonstrate the new feature AI OneSearch Lite
• Limit search results by type of resources, location, date, language, subject, source, etc.
• Save search notification
• View search history
• Verify AI-generated information with OneSearch

 

B.     RefWorks – How to use reference management service

-     ProQuest RefWorks

• Register account
• Create a personal database of reference
• Quickly search, find, and save an unlimited number of references and full text from any online platform
• Organize your data with folders and tags
• How to use the Plagiarism and AI content checker tool to compare your content with a large database of online sources

本工作坊旨在介紹圖書館搜索平台OneSearch的基本功能，及參考文獻管理服務ProQuest RefWorks。來學會實用的圖書館檢索技巧，為學習和作業做好準備。 所有工作坊經由MS Teams在線上舉行。
