System Migration: Library System
06 Jan 2025The Library System will be temporarily suspended from 3 Feb 2025 to 6 Feb 2025 due to system migration. During this period, the following library services will be affected.
- Access to library catalogue
- Access to myRecord
- Borrow books, AV materials and headset/ charging cable
- Renew books online
- Request / hold books online
- Pay for fines and fees

Important Notes for Users
| 1. | If you have saved lists and preferred searches on myRecord that you wish to preserve, please make sure that you save them in a separate location on or before 2 Feb 2025. Due to technical incompatibilities between Classic Catalogue and the new system, the Library cannot migrate this information to the new system. |
| 2. | Renewing of library materials at Library counter, and returning of library materials at Library counter and through the Book Drop will be maintained during system suspension. However, users’ loan records will not be updated during this period. |
