Service Upgrade: EBSCO eBooks products

The following aspects of the EBSCO eBooks will be affected due to service upgrade from 9:00 pm, 13 Mar 2019 (Wed) to 1:00 am, 14 Mar 2019 (Thu).

• Patrons will be able to read EBSCO eBooks in our online viewer using the PDF Full Text and EPUB Full Text links.
• Patrons will not be able to check out, download, or place holds on eBooks titles in both the desktop and mobile experiences.
• When users attempt to take any of those actions, they will see a message on the EBSCOhost platform informing them about the maintenance window and instructing them to review our system status page for the latest status.
• As downloads will be unavailable for eBooks, no download usage will be generated or represented in relevant usage reports for the duration of the upgrade.
