New Look, Better Service - HHB Library

1. Circulation Counter
   
   The new accessible counter provides information enquiry, loan and return of library materials.
   
   
2. Learning Commons
   
   The new Learning Commons is a welcoming and spacious place for students to interact and collaborate with peers. It is designed for group work and equipped with comfortable sofa, power sockets, moveable whiteboards, desks and chairs.
   
   In addition to the Book Crossing Corner, new bookshelves were added to display the new printed and audio-visual materials and free reading materials.
   
   
3. Charging Stations
   
   New Charging Stations on 10/F enable students to power up their electronic devices.
   
   
4. Printing & Photocopying Room
   
   The new Printing & Photocopying Room is located on 10/F providing network printing and photocopying services.
   
   
5. Workstations
   
   A total number of 50 computers were installed on 9/F study carrels to support the learning needs of the students.
   
   
6. Multi-purpose Room
   
   The new Multi-purpose Room is configured to fit different purposes of use. It’s equipped with AV system and ideal for holding some large-group activities such as workshops and seminars. With the movable desks and chairs, students can interact and collaborate with peers in this spacious place.
   
   
7. New Lighting
   
   Additional lighting was installed on both 9/F and 10/F to provide a bright and comfortable environment for reading and studying.
