How to participate in the lucky draw:

• Get a stamp card at the CPCE Library booth.
• Visit the booths to collect stamps.
• Submit your completed stamp card to the CPCE Library booth or CPCE Library counter by 2 Oct 2026.
• Duplicated submissions are not allowed.

Reward Threshold:

• 3 stamps = 1 Lucky draw entry
• 5 stamps = 2 Lucky draw entries
• 7 stamps = 3 Lucky draw entries
• Fully stamped = 4 Lucky draw entries
